Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout on the website. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is authorised.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress to delivery.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually make the change; once it has shipped, it can no longer be amended.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, for a total of roughly 4 to 10 business days from order to delivery.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major credit and debit cards and digital wallets shown at checkout; exact availability depends on your card issuer, device and location.
When is my card charged?
Payment is authorised and charged at checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped before payment is confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. UK customers also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right under separate legislation, which sits alongside this window.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the return process and destination.
How long does a refund take?
