Shipping Location

Patterson Retro ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they ship. Processing includes order verification, packing and handover to the courier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. In total, orders arrive within roughly 4 to 10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value and no threshold to reach.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United Kingdom. A tracking number is emailed once the shipment is created.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress until it arrives.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it, and any additional cost to correct a delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout is the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number so we can trace the shipment with the courier and confirm the next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the damage as soon as possible, so we can confirm the next steps, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if you need to change or cancel it. We can make changes or cancel an order only while it has not yet shipped; once it has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
